A gentle reminder that player and volunteer registrations for 2019 are open. ... The fee is $190 for players. There are 2 options available, log onto https://membership.sportstg.com/v6/regoform.cgi and register and pay upfront or commence on payment plan through club. Payment plans are available to players and must be commenced ASAP. Do NOT leave it until the last minute to pay as players who have not paid will NOT BE REGISTERED and WILL NOT PLAY. Please contact Brooke Mallison for payment plan, this is available to everyone. If anyone is unsure, Brooke and I will be around at training to answer any questions or concerns. We appreciate everyone who has responded and volunteered to help on the day as we know it is a busy time of year for everyone. ... As you can see from image, there are still time slots available where volunteers are needed. It is not just the responsibility of the committee to participate and volunteer for events. We would appreciate if players would also participate. We are one big team and everyone is welcome to be involved. To everyone who has expressed interest and can possibly help out, thank you heaps, can you please confirm if you are able to help so we can move forward. Payment is mandatory at time of registration. Payment plans are available to all players, please note: PLAYERS WILL NOT BE REGISTERED UNTIL COMPLETION OF PAYMENT PLAN. Payments plans available now please contact Brooke Mallison. Payment plans and registrations must be finalised by April 4th 2019. 12.01.2022 Calling all women's tackle open age players!!! The Western Rams women's tackle coaching staff are holding open trials at Apex Oval, Dubbo on Saturday 8 December... to assist in selecting the team for the 2019 CRL Country Championships. The Western Rams womens tackle team will contest the CRL Country Championships in 2019 over two rounds and finals commencing in March. To be eligible for the team, players must have turned 17 years of age by 9 March, 2019. Any players wishing to trial must register at the below link by 30 November. https://membership.sportstg.com/regoform.cgi?formID=63467 Please only register once. If you are unable to attend the trials but still wish to be considered for selection, please do the following: Register for the trial AND email Evan Jones to provide the reason you are unable to attend. 11.01.2022 Hello all, We at Westside have been lucky enough to score a spot for a Bunnings BBQ on Sunday the 23rd of December 2018. We are asking as your committee to jump on board and volunteer your time throughout the day to help out with the day. We understand it is close to Christmas and some of you may be out of town or have other commitments. We would really appreciate if some members and players of the club would be able to participate. The time slots are as follows: 8-10 x4 ...people needed 10-12 x2 people needed 12-2 x4 people needed 2-4 x4people needed Brooke and Wayne have volunteered to do the 10-12 time slot so 2 extra people needed in that time slot. Myself and Mouse will do 8-10 but need 2 more people. Please wear Westside polo, doesnt matter what year. 03.01.2022 We hope everyone is enjoying the new year. We have some information for you all and a couple of things that need to be discussed.Firstly, Compulsory training begins this coming Thursday the 10th of January. Training will be held at Riverbank Ovals as per previous seasons, 6pm.Secondly, There has been plenty of notice that all players must pay to be registered for this coming season. There are no exceptions and players who have not made full payment by 31st March w...ill not be registered and WILL NOT PLAY. Payment plans are available as the fee is $190 and can be commenced by contacting Brooke Mallison. Active kid vouchers are now available to be claimed so please go ahead and claim yours and register.Players must be commenced on a payment plan within the next two training sessions if not wanting to pay the full $190 straight away.Brooke and myself will be at training to register players or organise payment plans and arrange for all players to sign the Westside RLFC code of conduct. I will bring my laptop and can assist with getting the active kids vouchers for those who need assistance. March will come around quicker then we know it and we do not want anyone to have to miss out. It would be upsetting for yourself, your teammates and the club so please reach out to Brooke or myself to get it happening. We are very excited about the 2019 season and look forward to getting everyone back on the field.
