24.01.2022 We had our end of season wind up last night at The Stirling Arms in Guildford. What a great venue and staff. Heres a video message we received from the legendary Brad Hogg in response to our club captain Wade bringing himself onto bowl in the last game.

23.01.2022 We want you. Glen Forrest Senior Cricket Club (GFCC) is seeking new players for the upcoming 2019/20 season. Steeped in history GFCC will enter its 116th year in existence making it one of the oldest clubs in Australia. While the season doesnt commence until October we thought we would get on the front foot and put the idea in your head early of suiting up in your creams or whites. We take players of all ages and abilities. Whether you have never played before or have had a... break for a while and would like to get back into it, then you are all welcome. We have just introduced free fees if its your first time registering with GFCC. This also gets you free membership at the Glen Forrest Sports Club. All you need to pay is $10 per game ball fees. 16.01.2022 A new initiative this season at Glen Forrest Cricket Club is the Wheel of Death. What’s the Wheel of Death you ask? Well it’s a wheel with certain challenges on it. If you’re selected by your captain as the tool of the week you get to spin the Wheel of Death. You could land on any of the following challenges and more. ... Eat a chilli Skull 2 raw eggs Bring your trophies to the game Massage an opponent on game day Shave your head Call everyone champ Or what Bill Mann is doing here is wearing a suit to the game. You decide if you take on the challenge or pay a nominated dollar amount. Half of all the money raised will go to Beyond Blue at the end of the season.
