09.01.2022 VALE GRAHAM 'POLLY' FARMER. One of the greatest players in the history of Australian football, Graham 'Polly' Farmer has passed away, aged 84. Farmer revolution...ised the art of ruckwork in the 1950s and 1960s, named as a legend in the Australian Football Hall of Fame, and was recognised as a member of both the AFL's Team Of The Century and Indigenous Team Of The Century. Farmer played 176 games for East Perth and 79 for West Perth in the WAFL, as well as 101 games with Geelong. He won six premierships overall, whilst winning three Sandover Medals. It is reported that Farmer died surrounded by his family. R.I.P Polly.
