25.01.2022 Happy days...look what arrived today. Gluten Free chicken and chive packaging. Production will commence next week and we will get them out to stores starting on Wednesday. Keep an eye out for them. The feedback we have received over them has been phenomenal and we are so happy to make them for our loyal customers. Now onto the next new product....

24.01.2022 Testing completed on samples of Gluten Free Shao Mai(dim sum). All good...non detection of gluten... Now awaiting new packaging then onto full on production of them.... Hopefully, we will have these out to all stockists early February.................

21.01.2022 First delivery of our Gluten free Shao Mai to Simply Gluten Free in Mentone. They were more than happy to receive them in plain packaging in order to provide for their customers. Hurry though as they only received minimal quantities. We hope you enjoy them..

20.01.2022 We are always excited and delighted to receive pictures endorsing our products. Extremely grateful for the sharing. Thanks to @sensorybliss. We hope to bring further GF products and newer outlets soon. Further, we are in contact with a West Australian distributor who may be interested in stocking our products. 18.01.2022 Great news for our Tasmanian supporters. Our first distributor for Tasmania. Located in Sandy Bay, Wing & Co. are a local Asian grocery shop supplying the general public and their restaurant clientele. They will be receiving their initial order of original and vegetarian dim sims within a few weeks. Please contact them for further details..

16.01.2022 Adelaide, South Australia... We have just sent some of our GF dim sims to a major distributor in Adelaide which will be going to one of their customers there. We'll endeavour to get the identity of this customer and let our Adelaide coeliac friends know.. Hopefully, this will get things rolling in South Australia.

15.01.2022 Very excited to announce that we have finally secured Ritchies IGA in Queensland to stock our products...stock will begin to leave the factory this week and we are hopeful that they will be in store by the end of November. After so long, we hope that this leads to more interstate outlets coming on board.....fingers crossed..

15.01.2022 First attempt at Gluten free spring rolls...not only vegetarian but also VEGAN. Full of fresh vegetables, the flavours are truly amazing. We hand rolled these and whilst extremely happy with the filling, the skin is not exactly how we want them. We will continue to develop the pastry and it may take a while longer as we endeavour to match the standard of our other products. We are operating as normal as is possible during these Stage 4 restrictions and dearly hope that everyone stays safe and takes great care during these difficult times. 13.01.2022 Very excited to announce that we are not far away from production....after weeks and weeks of issues with packaging, today we received confirmation that new packaging will be ready in approx. 3 weeks. We will go into full production and get them out to stores and outlets as soon as possible. We have a definite distributor lined up for this new product in Tasmania. We are also in discussion with a new distributor that may provide further new interstate opportunities. Thanks to all for your patience and kind feedback...

11.01.2022 Just a short note to advise our many wonderful customers and stockists that we shall be closing earlier for Xmas as we embark on an overseas expedition to source new products for 2020 and beyond. The factory will be closing on Dec.11th, however, we shall be reopening after Dec.27th on our return. We definitely have new and exciting products in mind as we continue to expand our range. Once these products roll out, we will open a dedicated factory outlet at the same address. W...e may even stock other GF products that you would like us to get in. 10.01.2022 Some possible exciting news for all our fellow interstate Coeliacs............just received confirmation that a new customer will not only provide more statewide distribution of our product range but will also allow us to utilize their network to distribute interstate. It has been a long time coming and we hope to get our products to all our interstate friends very soon.

Further, we have not changed the price of any products since we began manufacturing these products.
