A day of self-care and practice including a talk about NUTRITION and HEALTHY EATING with Charlotte from @chillandnourish Charlotte is a functional nutritionist supporting clients to find optimal health. She works to understand the root cause of dysfunction experienced in the body and then rebalances using dietary and lifestyle changes and working to improve the key body systems. She uses over 300 signs and symptoms of the body to understand how the body is functioning as well as functional testing (digestive testing, blood chemistry and hormonal testing) and a functional clinical assessment.

Thank you to our members who, with us, observed a minute silence to remember those who have lost their lives or have suffered for Australia’s protection in war and armed conflicts. Once she fell pregnant she recognised the value in continuing, and has not looked back! Week after week she only needed to modify the exercises slightly, to accommodate her gorgeous growing belly! Now at 33 weeks pregnant Cassie intends on conti...nuing right up until her delivery you go girl ! You've likely heard many times over the many benefits of exercising when you're expecting and that includes maintaining your lower body strength. Regularly practicing the right butt and leg exercises can strengthen the muscles that help support the extra weight you're carrying. It will also help minimise any back pain often experienced in pregnancy, as well as train our brain to switch the glutes on for future movements once the baby arrives The endless job of bending over into the cot, transferring bubs to prams, car seats, etc. a lot of what a new mum does is typically hunched over and back-dominant. Regular mind to muscle connection to glutes will help switch them on, to stay on. Love your work @cassie.paterson Keep up the great work!

She teaches 9am Hatha Friday mornings and will also be teaching at our upcoming Yoga Day Retreat on the 24th of April Lailla grew up in Brazil, travelled to over 25 countries and has immersed herself deeply into the studies and ancient traditions of Yoga, Personal Development, Reiki, Shamanic breath-work and learned several tools for mindset development, which she loves to share with others so they can feel light, strong, and empowered by this work too.

01.01.2022 Dear Members UPDATED: revised time from NSW Health - NSW Health have informed us that a positive test result has been returned by a person that attended weights and sauna facilities at GFitness Freshwater on Tuesday 15th December 2020 between 11am-12.45. GFitness have provided NSW health with a full list of members, staff and visitors that attended during this time. We have been advised that NSW Health has/will contact members that attended between these times to advise them ...to get tested for COVID 19 and isolate. GFitness Freshwater is deep cleaned each evening and throughout the day by contract cleaners and floor staff. The facility and equipment will receive a further full deep cleaning. Prior to being informed of this case, GFitness decided to take the precautionary measure to close the facility during these next few crucial days. GFitness will remain closed until further notice and continue to act on the advice of NSW Ministry of Health. Your health and safety is our priority during these challenging times.
