25.01.2022 PSA!!! MESSAGE TO ALL PLAYERS!!! The league is afraid that we aren’t going to have enough players this year for the Super League. Even though there are two week...s left of registrations, I ask everyone to please sign up ASAP so they don’t pull the plug on the league. I just finished mine and it literally takes 60 seconds. I have the link below but this post if you are interested so that we have a better idea of numbers for the season and that the GMs of teams can get a better idea for team selections. T-Ball is a modified version of baseball for girls and boys who are U10. Our T-Ball program is focused on skill development, teamwork, participation and FUN. ... 09.01.2022 GGCD HEAD COACH SIGNED Darren Roberts has signed on as our Club Coach and taking on our Div 1 Head Coaching role for the coming season. He has come over from Kensington where he was involved in 3 Premierships as a player and 3 Premierships as Assistant Coach. He started playing at Central Districts Baseball Club for all his junior years and even coached their Div 1 team at age 20. His Dad was one of the founders of Central Districts and had a great influence on him growing up.... As a player, he has represented Australia, the SA Claxton Shield and has been involved in coaching South Australia’s Junior State Teams. He has also been the Head Coach at East Torrens and Goodwood bringing years of Div 1 experience for our Club. He is looking forward to the challenges ahead coming back ‘home’ to work with the Golden Grove Central Districts ‘Dodgers’. Please make him feel welcome. See more
