23.01.2022 Jess' Story Training with Glenn has been the best decision I've ever made! The hard work and dedication he puts into every session is amazing and it shows in the increase in my fitness levels! At the start I came to GGPT to be able to run long distances again little did I know I would be able to do that and so much more, I gained muscle, lost weight and had a huge increase in fitness, being able to run 5ks with no problem winning the squat champion award I couldn't ask for... anything more, it's fun but hard work. Here is a little story My friend and I she also trains with GGPT and while we were travelling around Europe for a month the thing we were most looking forward to when we got home was getting back into our weekly sessions with Glenn! I'm currently still overseas and continue seeking his advice for personal training and session ideas! His training and coaching doesn't just stop when you leave a training session, he still continues to lead me on the path of a healthy lifestyle!
