21.01.2022 Today we say goodbye to one of the most unique, earnestly wise and loving humans we know as he treks off in his insanely huge shoes to Melbourne for a new adventure. Anyone that knows Zach, affectionately known as Zach 2, Long Stride, Kimbo and range or other nicknames knows that he has been a huge part of what makes Ghosty and @batcityfilm what they are today. Almost single handedly running the film lab for the last year he has still been a huge part of our cafe as he comes out in the busy times to go into beast mode and get us out of a jam. We will miss you and your gothic writing a lot Z, thank you for all that you have done. Come and say good bye today before he leaves at 1:30pm!

02.01.2022 YOU CAN NOW ORDER ONLINE WOO HOO! We’ve been asked a bit lately if we’ll be offering delivery during these wild times through a delivery service like Uber or Menulog. While this is working really well for some of our homies who own businesses locally and suits their product offering, it’s just not something that will work for Ghosty. It’s not just that most of these services take around 30 - 35 % of each sale, but also that it goes against the grain of what we feel we’re ab...out here at Ghosty. Firstly, it would compromise the quality of our toasties by having them sit in the car for 10 - 30 mins before it makes it to you. We want those carbs hitting you crispy, melty and warm not soggy and chill. Mostly though, we dig the interaction with people who get off their tooshies and pop by to pick up their goods and say hi. Ghosty is as much about an experience as it is about food. Especially during these increasingly socially isolating times! We think that interaction is good for the noggin. Not just for you, but for us too. Even if it’s just for a quick laugh and chat over the counter, we wanna keep it old school that way. But, all this is not to say that we haven’t done a damn lot to adapt during this damndemic and evolve. Since the last lockdown we not only offer a bunch of new products as part of a new menu, but we’ve dropped the price on our whole range. We’ve brought on extra staff, extended our kitchen space and built a new POS system to pump out the goodness in half the time we did before COVID. We’re now open from 7am on weekdays so you can get your fix as soon as you open your peepers. If you’re in a hurry, you can order your goods via facebook messenger, our text line and most recently through ONLINE ORDERING which you can find on our website or in our Bio. We’re not asking you to support us willy nilly, we just ask that if you dig what we do, if you feel like one of our treats, please come and grab it. We don’t care if you you wear your uggies or roll in hot wearing a velvet pantsuit.
