24.01.2022 With more house designs using increased amounts of glass to allow natural light in and maximizing views, it is important to have the glass cleaned at regular intervals. Build up of dirt, finger prints and salt for those near the coastline can detract from million dollar views. 22.01.2022 Been a busy week, from Hocking in the North to Darling Downs in the South. One of todays jobs in Darling Downs, lovely house on 10 acres with fantastic views. The windows do build up dust quite quickly due to its location, so owners already booked the next clean for 3 months time. The phones have been busy this week so this may increase soon. If you have preferred dates/times get in early. December is starting to fill pretty rapidly as well. 20.01.2022 Many houses in Perth have invested in solar technology. Unfortunately many have never been cleaned and are not giving their maximum benefit. Dust, salt, bird droppings and leaves are the more common items to block some of the suns rays. Most recommend 6 monthly cleaning but this varies on surrounding environment.
