15.01.2022 Currently, Gibson Raison Settlements have completed 216 settlements electronically since August 2017 and recently completed the PEXA modules required to be officially PEXA certified.

12.01.2022 Have you paid out your mortgage and hold the Certificate of Title and Discharge of Mortgage document given to you by the bank??? Please lodge your discharge document at Landgate now. Or, let us know as soon as possible if you are selling your property.... All contract of sales dated after 1 December 2018 are required to have settlement completed electronically. A paper discharge document needs to be lodged and completed by Landgate BEFORE settlement can be completed. Please call our office for more information and to discuss how we can assist you in this matter. And for the rest of us who's mortgage is likely to be around until our offspring retire.... Keep on working and purchase those lotto tickets :)

Now becoming mandatory in Western Australia for all eligible settlements to be completed electronically from 1 December 2018. You can confidently appoint our team at Gibson Raison Settlements knowing we have received sufficient training, have had experience and are more than capable of completing your settlement electronically.
