23.01.2022 Giddyup Espresso Bar is introducing a rustic cooked breakfast with a Mediterranean twist , starting Saturday 20th July 7am till 11am , weekends only to start , below is the new menu : Toast - choice of ciabatta wood fired bread , sourdough , schiacciata bread or fruit loaf with choice of condiments Bacon and egg sandwich on schiacciata bread with choice of sauce ... Bacon lettuce tomato sandwich on schiacciata bread with chefs aioli Bacon and eggs cooked to your liking ,served with choice of toast Ouva Salmone - scrambled eggs cooked with , camembert cheese & baby spinach drizzled with with pesto oil on sourdough toast Ouvo Pomodoro - scrambled eggs cooked with diced tomatoes , onion , mushroom and mozzarella cheese , served on ciabatta toast Vege brekkie - seasonal vegetables sauteed with garlic and chilli tossed with baby spinach served on ciabatta toast Grande Brekkie - eggs cooked to your liking with bacon ,mushrooms, chorizo ,asparagus, grilled tomato and wilted spinach served with ciabatta toast Chefs Chorizo brekkie - chorizo slices sautéed with cherry tomatoes , garlic , chilli , basil & olive oil served on ciabatta toast topped with goats cheese Omelettes - 3 eggs served with ciabatta toast: Asparagus , goats cheese and chorizo Or Mushroom , spinach and cherry tomatoes Extras - Eggs, mushrooms , grilled tomato , chorizo, bacon , spinach and cheese
