14.01.2022 Hydration We hear it all the time. The importance of hydration, but how many of us are really making sure that we are hydrated? With poor hydration negatively impacting the body in so many ways its crazy to think that we let the simplicity of staying hydrated slip through our fingers. From headaches and dizziness to loss of appetite, mental focus, poor recovery and even poor digestion and nutrient delivery. Being dehydrated by even 3-5% can even cause a decrease in performanc...e up to a 25%. So make sure you keep your water intake high. Lucy fell unconscious during a routi...ne training session at her boxing gym in 2018 - Lucy unfortunately lost her battle and returned to god leaving behind two beautiful kids Wiki and Sharona. We want to show our support and fundraise for the family - with all funds going 100% to Wiki and Sharona. How you can help - buy your tickets direct from the fighters who are selling tickets! tickets are $30 with $10 from every ticket they sell going direct to the family! 03.01.2022 Re posting this exercise tip about training biceps and how you can get the best contraction by performing this movement and getting them into pretty much the shortest position possible. This is a bicep movement I have been incorporating into my arm workouts for quite a while now. This movement allows my biceps to reach a full contraction as I squeeze them into their shortest position. This is important as the full range of motion is usually missed with more conventional bicep exercises #GIFTEDFITNESS #BICEPS
