24.01.2022 So, how do we know what makes a good gift for someone with cancer? We've been there ourselves! Our founder has had cancer (it was breast cancer - 'cause I know you just want to know) as have many in her family and loads of her friends. And honestly, people do the most bizarre things when they find out you have been diagnosed with cancer. They say whatever comes into their heads #nofilter and give you things that have you scratching your head. Sometimes you really don't know ...whether to laugh, cry or question your relationship! Yeah, some of the things in this store seem off-beat but they are on the ball. There's a bit of humour thrown in because morbid has no place here. 14.01.2022 Guardian Angels - Available Now!!! Never quite sure what to buy that special friend who has been dealt a bad hand? It's a minefield! We don't always want things with butterflies and unicorns on them (it's amazing how many people think we do).... A bit of humour never goes astray during crappy times. Go on, lift the mood and the spirits. So this little beauty is a guardian angel. Made from good stuff like soft soft quality calico on the front (sometimes linen if I feel like it), soft cotton on the back, embroidered wording, organic rice and lavender filling. Just right for watching over you or your friend during a chemo session. Options: Wording - if it fits, I can write it. Made with so much love by me, a real person who has sat in her doctor's office and heard the words, "You have breast cancer." And in the end I needed a good laugh, not the morose stuff my friends were sending my way. Anyway, your friend will love this and adore you just that bit more because you get it and get what they are going through. You are quite a friend!
