01.01.2022 Happy February, darlings!! Remembering ourselves, our needs, our hopes, our dreams, it offers balance in this time of extremity. I'm slowly tying things up to j...ump into this new year. It always takes a while for me. I can never get with it in January. Just because the new year starts, doesn't mean the feeling of new kicks in straight away. Sometimes we have to fight to feel the new. Or to slow down to feel it. To move away from the old and say goodbye to it. We have to tell ourselves a hundred times that we deserve the new. But I am slowly feeling like there's a blank canvas before me and that I am worthy of it. And it waits for me to march forward feeling empowered and creative and focused and light. And it feels good. Even now, we are allowed to feel good. Give yourself permission to feel good this year. My first online Soul Reset of the decade, darlings, is happening this month. Yaaay. Enrolment is now open. It involves thirty days of looking at some heart-opening and mind-freeing principles through reading materials, audios, poetry, activities and meditations so that we can get our mojo on and start living a year of life that will make our hearts feel full and so wonderfully alive by the end. Thirty days of weaving magic, beauty and love in our lives through soulful practices. Ten Zoom sessions with me looking at ten different self-love principles. Poetry, good reading, journaling prompts, a circle of sisterhood to share in and get support from, meditations, affirmations, and some simple self-care activities, some monthly planner sheets too so that we plan our months around loving and looking after our hearts. Sowing the right seed to keep us blooming through 2021 and beyond We are going to create and plan and tend to our needs and free our voice and start writing a new chapter of our lives with vivacity and love. We will awaken our hearts song and fire and joy. My Resets have personally become fundamental to my emotional health. I so enjoy running them and doing them at the same time. There is something so healing, rewarding and empowering about giving your heart concentrated time, consistently giving enough to your mind, body and soul over a handful of days in the online company of others doing the same. It's a piece of magic. It puts you in the best frame of mind. Mountains become adventures. Life returns to your eyes.
