16.01.2022 Happy Sunday everyone here is a little ‘Get to know me’. I am 20 years old and I have been hairdressing about 5 years now. As an apprentice my little nickname was GiGi. I began an in-school apprenticeship when I was 15 and when leaving school I went straight into a full time position. What got me into hairdressing? Well, I love this question because it makes me think about my family! My grandmother, my great auntie and auntie are all hairdressers and were very success...ful also! It’s in the blood I guess I have ALWAYS wanted to become a hairdresser, since I was a little girl playing with my dolls and my little ponies I knew ! What I enjoy most about my job ? It would have to be creating huge transformations and seeing the joy on people’s faces when they see their finished result ! Blonding services are also something I really enjoy doing. Since being at Hair Candy and learning a lot about the weft hair extensions, this is also now something I absolutely love that I can offer to my client! What if I wasn’t a hairdresser? I would have to say something within the health and fitness industry. Since really learning about dieting and fitness I have found a real love for it !
