23.01.2022 Christmas has come early for many of our Support Our Schools Program schools this week! Gilbert’s has donated over $5,000 to our schools for their November payments! Payments are made in March and November each year and there is a minimum payment of $100 each time. New schools also receive a $100 BONUS with their first payment to welcome to the SOS Program. There are 27 schools currently registered in the program and over 1,800 customers signed up to help support them just by shopping at Gilbert’s. The SOS Program is available to all of our customers, not just those with children at a school. Why not join and help a local school? It’s so easy!

Lina is sometimes hard to find in store as she is often ‘’behind the scenes’’ packing all our bulk foods and prepares the fresh ready to go salads, sliced veggies and fruit. 08.01.2022 Hey kids! It’s your turn to help earn some points for your school in the SOS Program! Here’s how! ... Here at Gilbert’s Fresh, we love to support our schools. This Festive Season you, the students, can help raise points and money for your school. All you need to do is come into the store, collect the Gilbert’s Fresh Christmas colouring-in, designed by Moody Rabbit, take it home and colour it in to your heart’s desire. The colouring-in pages will be available at the checkouts. Once you have finished, simply bring it back to Gilbert’s (in person) making sure you have added your name, age, and school information, plus a contact phone number on the back, and you will earn 100 points for your school. But that’s not all! All entrants will go into a raffle draw for the chance to win their school a BONUS 10,000 points, plus a Gilbert’s gift hamper for the winning entrant. This year we will also reward the school with the most individual entries with 5,000 points! There are no restrictions as to how the SOS funds are used at each school - musical instruments, sporting equipment, library books, laptops, etc. We even have one school that subsidises school excursions so that all students can participate!
