05.01.2022 2020 YEAR IN REVIEW Well, where do we start? (That pretty much sums up 2020!) 2020 brought with it many good things (rain) but also lots of challenges, many of which never faced before. Rules and regulations affecting our industry were changing on a daily basis stemming from the pandemic. As a result we watched copious training videos and webinars to ensure we were always up to date and able to provide our stakeholders with the correct information. As we began to emerge... from the peak of the pandemic, activity in the local market was noticeably higher. Following this we continue to see an influx in purchasers, particularly home buyers, due to the record low interest rates. Despite the events of 2020 we managed to top our 2019 sales total , this is thanks to our dynamic marketing over both physical and online platforms. This ensures that if there is a buyer we will reach them! To look back to December 2019 it is hard to believe how much has changed, our community has flourished since the drought, thanks to the rain, producing a bumper harvest. We are excited to see what 2021 brings for regional areas like ours and thank you for your continued support during 2020.
