18.01.2022 Well, its been a busy year. We have built a deck and jetty over the dam near the cottage and will shortly fill it with water ready for swimming during the summer season. It is a great addition to the attractions on the farm. Also we have launched our very first wine. the GilGraves Rose. It is selling very well and is available in Melbourne at Sun Moth Canteen & Bar in the City, Gordon's The Cellar Door in Elsternwick and Pinotta, an Italian Restaurant in North Fitzroy. In Castlemaine, at The Good Table and Maddern's Liquor Store and in Bendigo, at Mason's and Cloggs. We are bottling our Shiraz/Malbec blend in November for release in April/May next year.

The wine chat series, from unseen spaces within Bendigo's historic buildings, will be broadcast live as individual events over six Fridays. You will enjoy a live-stream wine chat with a pre-purchased 3-bottle wine pack. The wines and stories of each winemaker will be featured, along with quiz questions, wine tasting questions and comments, prizes and a virtual tour of the historic buil...ding.
