20.01.2022 Port Fairy Sunset Before the Night workshop, we always go out early to scout around and capture the sunset. This place looks awesome day or night!! Although very little cloud, we did get some nice colour. In case you didn't know - my photos are for purchase. You just need to message me :) Canon 6DII and Canon 24-70mm @ 24mm... #ABCmyphoto #abcsouthwest #abcaustralia #instagood #instadaily #ig_captures #igworldclub #ig_discover_australia #ig_aussiepix #australianphotography_magazine #aussiesofinstagram #aussiegram #nightphotography #nightphotography_exclusive #portfairy See more

11.01.2022 Ethereal glow. Crepuscular rays from the setting sun at Port Fairy produced this awesome scene. Crepuscular rays or "God rays" are sunbeams that originate when the sun is below the horizon. This is two shots combined - one for the foreground and one for the sky. Why two shots? Because the camera cannot "see" the view like we see it. When exposing for the sky the foreground just appears a black silhouette. So to create an image of what I was seeing, I needed to take the two to... combine. I took a series of sunset shots before the Night Sky workshop, so I will post up more tomorrow. Stay tuned!! In case you didn't know - all of my photographs can be purchased. Feel free to message me. See more

06.01.2022 I just love it when it all comes together! This kitchen splashback has taken a lot of time to get it just right....from taking the original photos right through to creating this stunning splashback. And I think it looks simply awesome!! Even if I do say so myself And so glad that Tim and Jess are stoked with it too. A nice way to finish off the year to see it all come to fruition.
