14.01.2022 Ever since my boys were in primary school, I've been hands-deep in some kind of craft or some such (as I'm sure other parents have been) for special days: Easter, birthdays, book week, Halloween and end of year parties. Last week I put one of these mandarins into Jason's lunch bag like I did when he was little (Matt doesn't eat them) to his delight! It inspired me to make a little freebie for my friends who *are* taking their "little monsters" out on the day and might like these .png format stickers. 13.01.2022 I didn't know *how* I was going to select just a few favourites from this shoot for my "Sneak Peek". One of my favourite families - it makes it easy for a great session with lots of laughs and a seriously relaxed vibe - The Smiths. Poor Miss Siennah was actually under the weather (we didn't realise until way later that night) and still championed through a massive nearly 2 hours of shooting! Such a pleasure to have such a wonderful family to photograph. Thanks again, Susan and Steve for letting me capture your family memories!

09.01.2022 What a great way to finish off 2019 - a fabulous family session with Caroline and the extended family What could possibly go wrong with 7 adults, a teen, a tween, 3 littles and a furbaby??! Did I mention that English was not a first language for most of the adults? The BEST session. Ever. 08.01.2022 This cutie-pie turned 1 a week or so ago and I was asked to photograph her very special birthday party I've known the Alam family since I photographed their older daughter, Namirah's 4th birthday in 2018. Since then I've done a few shoots for them. You HAVE to love repeat clients. Every session you get to chat to the friends and family you've met over time. The kids are older, taller, more kids have come along. Everybody may not be blood - but everybody is family Rinayra's first birthday was lovely! The decor was amazing, the food spectacular. The ladies' saris were UHHH-MAZING! The guys from Cheeky Faces - Face Painting Designs did an amazing job with the face painting and balloon designs. The magician had a few tricks up his sleeve .
