08.01.2022 And it cracked right open. Broke every nerve in my body. Breathing hurt. Sleeping hurt. Waking hurt. Being hurt. I got angry with it, I got so angry with it! Why? Why ? I felt so fooled, so guilty, so betrayed, so dirty! So cheated, by him, by me - by life. Salty eyed & a heart that beat bruised. How on earth did I let it get to this? If there was only one thing I knew I had to do, it was to get up & make myself a strong cup of tea & find out why on earth I allowed myself ...to be treated as I had & if & when I found the answer - to share it with every single one that followed. Needless to say, it was a very large cup & Of course, well, as plain as the freckles upon my face - there lay the answer before me! Self love, or the lack there of! Next weeks at mine, & as we slowly find our groove, our tribe will grow & feel the wonder of our female call to love... We meet to heel our broken hearts from what the world has brought us through, then, to revel in the strength we give and take from me to you, Shared cries of sadness from the broken that our path has steered us on, from the place that we have fallen, these broken paths that left us torn Then a magic shift occurs within our hearts when we are close, theres a strength that rears its head just at the point when all seems lost, We realise an energy that we simply cant ignore, a power blended synergy of our tribal female roar, We carry those who need us, within the circle that we form, holding hands we fuse such poise & grace & we sense each others calls, As we learn, we teach each other, we grow along the way, & we recognise our power in our effervescent stay, She stumbles through the days & nights with no possible solution, she recalls the time her female tribe instilled her revolution She wakes to find the sunrise in her hair & morning tea, takes a walk along the shoreline soaking ions from the sea, She feels the sand beneath her toes, the wind upon her face, She remembers why she feels much stronger in this dark & light-filled place Then a moment in the forest, resting hands against the trees, gaining strength from Mother Earth, the female goddess we dont see Day by day her path is clearer, her heart rests when darkness falls, in fleeting moments of her weakness, with closed eyes as she recalls, those female friends that are among us, the ones that give to you their heart, that hold you up in times of need, in mending broken parts Mother earth is she who charges you when you rest upon her land,mother friend & mother sister when you need an outreached hand, Stop!
