Add pre cooked protein like from a supermarket bbq chook, throw in some veg like spinach, capsicum, tomato, onion, a healthy fat or sauce like avocado, hummus or tzatziki and your on your way! . I love these Barley wraps as they don’t fall apart, are great fresh or toasted and contain 6g of fibre per wrap.... .
