24.01.2022 Forestry spec ROPS, FOPS and OPG canopy for a case excavator heading back out to the bush. Definetly not the sort of job I currently have the capacity to take on month after month but it's a good example of the workshops capibilites as every single part was cut, folded or machined in house.

23.01.2022 Quick trip out the bush this morning for a few crack repairs on a D6

22.01.2022 A selection of parts i've recently cut out for other local engineering businesses saving them time and money compared to using outdated methods.

15.01.2022 Acting as a fill in machinist and keeping parts heading out the door while Trav from Hammond Engineering is off on holidays.

14.01.2022 Set of tray sides folded up on our 60 ton cnc pressbrake.

13.01.2022 The newest addition to the workshop, a portable edm machine. These will erode holes through any conductive metal including tungsten carbide and are primarily used to remove broken bolts, taps, drill bits and easy outs from places they shouldn't be.

09.01.2022 Using some improvised tooling in the pressbrake to fold 8mm plate for a mud bucket.

08.01.2022 Couple of quick test welds with the newest addition to the workshop, pretty keen to put a lot more hours behind the hood with this thing.

06.01.2022 An old D6C i've been working on over the last month. New mesh guards cut out from 8mm plate, sweeps and exhaust raised 500mm, additional post added to the ROPS frame, replacement battery box fabricated and a fresh coat of paint.
