24.01.2022 Getting yourself fit doesn’t require a garage full of equipment or a gym membership. Losing weight doesn’t require you to starve yourself or take any supplements. What you need is a plan. Something that you can understand and works around your lifestyle. Don’t commit to something that you might follow for 4 weeks then slip back into your bad habits. Think about your big picture fitness goal and make the small manageable changes each day to get there I’ve seen that many online PT programs that are a one size fits all PDF that they sell 100 times. I reckon you just need to stop doing things you don’t enjoy Something you love doing requires 0 motivation.... ever.... even on the days where it might be hard, you are pressed for time, you get it done because it’s enjoyable! ... Exercising, dieting, being healthy should be the exact same! If you hate training in the gym, no worries go for walks, play sport, take up swimming If you hate your meal plan, don’t do it! Find foods you are going to look forward to eating and tighten up on your portion sizes. For me exercise and diet doesn’t require any motivations. I love being in the gym, I love eating and cooking healthy meals, so even on the tough days those two things are done! It might take some trail and error but figure out what’s going to be the NO MOTIVATION needed exercise and diet for you! 17.01.2022 I know this is a cheesy line, but I have something serious to ask. Hello to everybody in the social media world. I was going over some things, and it seems I am losing touch with peoples motivation. So I want to ask you all some questions and get some feedback.... If you do anything in your life like eating healthy, take supplements and or exercise, what are your reasons behind it? What do you want to achieve by doing these things? 16.01.2022 Here is one of my most common questions How long will it take for me to lose (x) amount of weight...... Think about what weight you want to get down to (example I’m 100kgs and you want to be down to 80kgs). Have a think back and remember how long ago it was since last time you were that weight. It probably wasn’t a few months ago it was more like years. Having 20kgs you want off took some serious hard work of not being active, eating an average diet, having other poor lifes...tyle habits and doing all of them for some time. So thinking 4 weeks of training/dieting is going to fix that isn’t realistic! Getting rid of the weight takes time and consistent work. Sure it’s possible to lose 10kgs in 4 weeks but it’s not healthy, it’s superficial weight loss and you’ll stack it back on in no time because you haven’t really changed anything in your lifestyle, you were just following an intensive program with an end date in your head. Think a long term goal and achieve everyday little ones to get there See more

But when you do the little things everyday.... 1 Follow the right workout program ... 2 Watch your diet 3 Do steps 1 and 2 consistently It will happen I promise! I hate it when people ask me how long it’s going to take to lose (x) amount of weight.... or come for 1 x challenge and slip back into their old not as good habits.... 15.01.2022 I get asked all the time about motivation.... and how I stay so motivated.... Trust me I am not the pinnacle of motivation Do I hit the gym most days, sure. Do I cook my own meals and keep track of my diet, yeah. Am I buzzing to get to work everyday, 100% yes! But doing any of that isn’t hard for me..... because I bloody love it! ... There’s heaps in my day I’m not motivated to do. Organising my financials, replying to emails, doing up invoices.... all that stuff bores me to death! Does it get done everyday? Hell no If I’m not working out, eating, training or doing dumb things I’m usually napping or watching tv You are only motivated to do the things you actually enjoy doing! So if you are struggling for motivation to get to the gym... maybeeee it’s because the gym isn’t the right way for YOU to stay active Maybe the program you are following takes up too much time, maybe it’s not challenging enough, maybe it’s too challenging, maybe you’d do better doing at home workouts or playing sport or maybe you just came to your senses and worked out that f45 isn’t for you and you should come to JGPT The problem might not be your motivation... the problem might be you are haven’t chosen the right thing to be motivated about yet. Don’t let anything you do in your day be a chore! Especially staying healthy and active

Every woman out there is already bikini ready! Don’t buy one of these dumb plans, if you are going to invest your hard earned $ into your health and well being, invest in good advice, invest in gaining knowledge, invest i...n regular help and support! 12.01.2022 One of the ways people try to make a name for themselves online is to take common assumptions and disprove them. A lot of times, this is extremely valuable, because it spurs critical thinking and helps people learn new things. A lot of times, it's BS. Over the years, I've heard a lot of people claim that stretching doesn't work. This is an example of a BS claim. Now, I'll be honest here - stretching truly doesn't work if any of the following are true: ... you're doing it wrong you're doing it right, but you're doing the wrong kind of stretching for your needs you're not doing it consistently you're overdoing it you are some kind of genetic anomaly to whom the basic rules of human physiology do not apply In all but the last case, I’d love to help you. Of course, if you're the kind of person who needs to be more flexible, there's a good chance you've tried various kinds of stretching before, and you might be skeptical. I get it. You've put in the effort, and you didn't get results. You'd be right to believe that stretching is the problem. But it's really important to understand that "stretching" isn't just one thing. There's many kinds of stretching. There's many ways to use them. And there's many outcomes for which you might employ stretching exercises. And the inescapable fact is that almost every flexible person on the planet got that way by... stretching. So when someone says "stretching doesn't work," what I hear is "I never found the right way to make stretching work for me." If you've ever felt like you could use more range of motion, more speed, more power, or a greater feeling of relaxation in your movements, investing some time in learning the right ways to stretch will absolutely pay off for you. It has for my clients, and I know it's possible because I’ve seen it again and again. If you've ever decided that stretching didn't work for you, I challenge you to revisit that belief and learn how to make stretching work for you.

11.01.2022 Rest and regeneration are you doing it right? Nowadays, regeneration is often mistaken for laziness. Be it work or training, everyone wants to achieve more, faster and harder. You have no time or will for a rest because Your conscience keeps telling You that if You don’t accomplish 150% of Your planned results, You will not achieve Your goals. Someone else will surely do it better. You often think that even when You’re physically exhausted, You must train because this will... help You get back into shape with double the impact. You couldn’t be more wrong. Your body is a tremendously clever structure. It frequently gives you some hints when you can put it through stress and when you should let it relax. You just need to start reading the signs properly. Sleepiness, permanent fatigue during the day, loss of energy and motivation, all these may be a result of exhaustion and a lack of proper regeneration. These are some golden rules you must follow 1. If you are not a professional athlete, then for every 4 workout days You should have at least one regeneration day (4/1). The optimum and healthiest cycle for you is 3/1 option. 2. Don’t ever plan two hard workout days in a row. 3. If you feel that your body is in need of a rest, break up your training plan and give it some time to relax. It will repay with double the energy on your next workout day 4. Remember that regeneration also includes mental relaxation. On your free days with no workouts take care not only of your body but also your mind, eg. by meditating 5. Remember that regeneration does not have to be passive, try light physical activities or a wellness-based rejuvenation therapy that you enjoy 6. Recharging your batteries is inextricably linked with providing the right nutrients. On no-workout days you should take more care of your diet and hydration 7. The amount and quality of sleep are key elements in regeneration. Try to sleep regularly, at least 7 hours a day and your body will repay you with more energy See more

09.01.2022 So as a part of my coaching you get the chance to check in with me whenever you like with any issues you may be having. I had a message the other night from a client of mine and she was an absolute mess because one week in she had gone off the meal plan and eaten fast food. So I wrote back and CONGRATULATED her! She had gone a whole week and only ate fast food once! (Where the week before she was eating it everyday)! She was a bit confused why I was so happy to start off wi...th but when I explained by eating takeaway she had cut down her fast food consumption by 85% from the week before!!! Which is bloody unreal news!! This slip up (in her mind) which she got all worked up over was the first little win in the weight loss journey we are on. I think people often just have the big picture goal in their heads without breaking down and thinking about the 40 little ones we need to achieve before we get there. Hitting these little goals is how we keep us on task, motivated and get that feeling of FK yes I’m on my way feeling. 08.01.2022 ou know how much money is in your bank account and you know how much you earn a week We keep track of that but for some reason if I ask someone what’s their daily calorie limit or how many calories they eat a day they have no fkn idea! Counting your calories each day/week is just as important as counting your dollar bills. Each day you only have (x) amount to use. If you don’t spend all your calories today bloody great, you now have some in the bank to be a little p...iggy on the weekend with! If you go over though AWWWW fkn.. Just like tapping ya credit card you now owe the bank some $$, calories are the exact same! And when you owe the bank money how do you pay it back? You either pick up an extra shift at work or you spend less tomorrow to balance ya funds out. It’s the exact same with your calories, if you overdraw you put in extra work at the gym or you don’t eat as much the next day to balance it out. My point for all this! Everyone SHOULD know how many calories they need to eat, everyone should keep track of how many they are consuming each day too! 08.01.2022 Its important to listen to your body especially in this weird period of not being able to do much. It’s awesome people who maybe didn’t have time before are getting into exercise! There is no better time to get yourself into a good healthy, and balanced routine than right now! But it’s also important to rest! If your body is sore, if you are feeling lethargic or if you just can’t be fkd today don’t train!!! Making sure you are well rested, recovered and buzzed about hitting your next session is more important than exercising everyday. 02.01.2022 This photo is a very accurate representation of how I am feeling after getting after my 2021 New Years Resolutions. Talking about new years resolutions... I absolutely love them!! The new workout routine, meal plan, enthusiasm it’s all great!! But make sure your fitness regime is something you can keep up... and not burn out after the first 3 days ... Also... if you do slip up... don’t be so hard on yourself!! Things happen, somedays you just can’t be bothered, so don’t throw in the towel if you mess up.... just get back on it the next day! Making small changes and doing them consistently will make a big difference So keep doing what ya doing! Love your work!!

01.01.2022 When it comes to training you aren’t playing a game of cluedo... We are increasing fitness and muscle mass... no guess work here You should keep your same training program for 4-8 weeks before needing to change! It takes time to see any improvement and when you keep changing the type of training stimulus you don’t improve anything!!... Keep your training consistent and if you need to change a few things up to keep it interesting, switch out the small isolated stuff, keep the compound movements the same
