16.01.2022 Creamy oyster mushroom dip with loaded bruschetta slices. Perfect finger food for entertaining this holiday season! Creamy Oyster Mushroom Dip 1. Dice and sautee 200g of oyster mushrooms for around 20 minutes on Med-high heat. Set aside. 2. Dice 1/4 cup of cherry tomotoes and 1/4 cup onion along with 2 cloves of garlic, sautee for around 8 minutes.... 3. Mix 450g diced cream cheese, 1/4 cup of sour cream, 1 Tbsp Parsley, 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper, 1/2 tsp sea salt and black pepper together in a bowl, add the sauteed mushrooms, cherry tomotoes, onion and garlic. 4. Transfer to greased baking dish and bake for 25 minutes at 160 fan forced. 5. Cool then it's ready to serve. Oyster Mushroom Chips My hubby loves these teamed with a cold beer, understated perhaps but a great healthy snack when indulging in the weekend tradition of kicking back with an ale or two! So quick and easy to make! On a tray lined with baking paper, lay out your oyster mushrooms gill side facing up, then brush each one with a little olive oil and garnish with sea salt, cracked black pepper and ...fresh rosemary leaves. Place in oven pre-set at 220 and bake for 30 minutes. No need to turn over, just set timer and leave. Bigger mushrooms may need a little longer to crisp up! Absolutely, gobsmackingly good!
