11.01.2022 Today I got to create one of my favourite looks...I don’t often have the opportunity to do this. I have a beautiful English Rose bride. We went for a matte red lip and black sweeping lashes. This looks easy but can be tricky to get right: ** Focus is on the skin. It needs to be polished and perfect without looking caked and heavy. It’s important any imperfections are covered or corrected as a red lip will show them all off. **A red lip needs the lips to be in perfect conditio...n...exfoliate and lip balm prior to everything else. **Line the lips with a red lip liner first then fill in a bit with the liner and finish with lipstick...take note to line the lips evenly so when they’re shut...they look perfect! **Sweep the eyes with a matte neutral colour then load lots of black mascara on those lashes...top lashes only!! Add individual lashes to the outsides to enhance the sweeping look. Fill in any gaps in your lashes with black liquid liner very very closely to the lashes. **You’re done!!! See more
