25.01.2022 Trial #734 of attempting to make the perfect Mint Slice. Get excited, everyone, I think I've nailed it! I really wanted to make a slice with actual raw ingredients (flour, butter, sugar etc), rather than using a packet of biscuits or a chocolate bar in it. My whole family gave it the thumbs up! Woo Hoo!!!!
