25.01.2022 12 months ago today was the last night Bish and friends spent with James Ron Deavin before he passed , what an awesome night we all had, Ron was having a great time, we were all like teenage kids again, laughing, drinking, having fun . Partying at the Plough Inn watching Chuggy’s ep launch and other local bands great line up. Ron spent up on the merch, he was a great supporter of local people. Laughing like little kids as we souvenired the gig posters. He talked about bring...ing back the Basin concert, the promoters must have heard him, they’ve brought it back.The Basin and the Basin concert was a big part of our youth, spending most Saturday’s as teenagers. Memories of drinking box monsters at Diamond rock walking along the duck reach track to go and see maybe Dear enemy, Mental as anything or Sharon O’Neil.
