21.01.2022 Hi guys, Welcome back ,finally we can see things are moving in right direction. We are back with new specials for next two weeks, we are doing 3 entree’s and 2 mains this time. Entrees ... 1. Spinach and cottage cheese tikki on crisp baguette . 2. Softa chicken( chicken roulade) stuffed with pineapple and served with sesame peanut relish. 3. Indian tortillas stuffed with sweet potatoes, served with tomato relish. Mains 1. Barramundi in nilgiri sauce( spinach , coriander & coconut base) With tempered yoghurt rice. 2. Lamb leg slow cooked served with korma and cabbage foogath and grilled lamb mince. I hope you will try and enjoy the delicacies created by chef suresh rathour, Enjoy good life and food, be safe. This week we are starting with one entrée and 4 mains Entrée - ... sesame coated chicken kebab, deep fried Mains Murgh ka Mokul- Tender chicken pieces of chicken cooked in cashew and yoghurt based curry- MILD VELVETY CURRY Za'atar Murgh- Middle eastern-Afghani style oriented Chicken curry, with Sumac sesame and other middle eastern spices, MILD CREAMY CURRY Lamb Rack with spinach and mashed potatoes with tomato and coconut based curry Lamb Pasanda- lamb slices sandwiched with eggplant sheets , cooked in almond and yoghurt based curry,-VERY MILD and AROMATIC I hope you will try some different dishes and enjoy the vast alchemy of Indian cuisine Enjoy good food and life Ginger team

14.01.2022 Hi everyone Welcome back, it’s been nice week for us, we have started online orders from our website,Facebook,so that you can place takeaway and Delivery orders or pre order online at your ease and have less interaction during COVID times( first orders will get 5% off to start off with and then we will bring promotions as we go along) We are also working on app , hopefully we will have something next week onwards.... And we are really excited about it this time. This time ,we are investing in an App solely made for ginger ( our own app), the whole idea about this app , apart from saving in commissions from big giant players is to give back to our loyal costumers who have stood by us all these years. Yes, we will hav...e loyalty, specials dishes of the day,discounts for the day, promotions, gift vouchers,reservations,pre-order and pick up facilities, delivery and much more , and we can communicate with each other nicely. Entrees ... Chapki kebab Mince lamb patties ,added with ground spices,chopped onion, tomato, capsicum and pomegranate seeds and grilled. Cheese & cauliflower roll Semi hard cheese mixed with cauliflower and mild spices and fried. Mains Lamb shanks with baby carrots and broccolini served with brown curry sauce Pan seared Barramundi in vegetable and coconut stew Dumpukth Lamb: Sautéed Lamb stuffed in eggplant and sealed with thin bread and roasted.
