24.01.2022 If you don't sprinkle some reindeer dust on Christmas Eve, how is Santa going to find you to leave your gifts?! A really lovely tradition that I do every year with my three girls...they love lighting the way for the reindeer on Christmas Eve! Reindeer dust is made from a combination of glitter, oats and sugar. The glitter and sugar are to help guide the reindeer to your house, whilst the oats will help feed the reindeer when Santa is busy filling up the Santa Sacks. Simply ...put 2 cups of oats, 1/2 a cup of sugar and 1/2 a cup of glitter into a zip lock bag and shake! Empty the Reindeer Dust into small bags and tie with ribbon. Just before bedtime on Christmas Eve give each child their own bag of reindeer dust so they can run around and sprinkle it over the garden to light the way for Santa! Hx
