19.01.2022 For your easier experience for making Wombok cabbage Kimchi, you can purchase already sea salt pickled(brined) Wombok cabbage. This cabbage is salted with cores attached in salted water for over 5 hours. Salting fresh wombok cabbage properly is very important and difficult part of making good Kimchi. If proper amount of water from cabbage itself is not removed properly, it can cause mold on your Kimchi and the texture during fermentation is getting mushy. 14.01.2022 Today, I put cauliflower in a salt brine water. I will mix with only red onion for adding different colour , and ginger & garlic for flavour. When it is fermented, it is very crispy with nutty flavour from cauliflower. once it is well fermented after 2weeks, it will be informed on our facebook page. #cauliflower #brisbane #mitchelton

06.01.2022 I made a kind of Kimchi called Geotjeori which is fresh vegetable salad dressed with garlic and chili powder. Quite similar with making normal Kimchi, but you can eat it right away without fermentation like salad. Instead of only using Gochugaru( Korean coarse chilli powder) that I purchase from local Korean supermarket, I added smoked paprika powder with Bird eye chilli powder to make it spicy. ... #millenfarm
