19.01.2022 The Live_Lighter Gingin British Car Day is over for another year and what a day it was. Gingin witnessed a spectacular turnout of display cars, record crowds and brilliant weather. A big shout out to our major sponsors, Live_Lighter, Shire of Gingin and Gingin Community Bank Branch & Lancelin Branch. Thank you to our regular supporters, the Jaguar Car Club of WA for organising the cars in the display area. Thanks also to Nett and the Repeaters, the Australian Model Ship Society and the Kalamunda District Pipe Band for the non stop entertainment, along with Roxanne's Dance Workshop, the Scottish Highland Dance Academy and Lorraine`s Party Ponies. To all the Visitors, Stall holders and food vendors- same time same place next year .

19.01.2022 Planning is well underway for the 2021 Covid free Livelighter Gingin British Car Day on Sunday May 16th. A revamped display area will mean more cars and more entertainment. Including the ever popular working display of model ships on the scenic pool and a variety of craft, produce and food stalls. Mark it on your calendar as a must go event. Gingin will turn on a spectacular day. mmm

18.01.2022 Gingin takes pole position for the LiveLighter Gingin British Car Day, so start your engines and head to Gingin on Sunday. There will be heaps to see. The display of cars will amaze you, the model ships will delight you the dancing girls will entertain you. There will be an awesome demonstration of Ice Carving, a stirring march past by the Kalamunda Pipe and Drum band, music from "Nett and the repeaters" to get you dancing and there are stalls to tempt you and food to sustain you. You would be mad to miss it.

13.01.2022 On your Marks and get Set!!! The Livelighter Gingin British Car Day is a Free, Family Fair Day with an amazing display of Veteran, Vintage and Contemporary British Cars. Craft and Produce Stalls, Entertainment Food Trucks and a working display of Model Ships on the scenic pool makes for an activity filled day. Only an hour's drive from most of the metro area via Tonkin Highway the North Link and Brand Highway. Make a day of it. You will be delighted and amazed.

06.01.2022 The 2018 LiveLighter Gingin British Car Day programme is packed with entertainment, and will feature a demonstration of ice sculpting by The "Iceman" Flint Edwards. The forecast is for a sunny 25 degrees, so round up the kids, family and friends, pack the car and make a day of it. There will be heaps to see and do.
