The figs this season are being supplied from a very local grower who is only 15 minutes from our processing facility. Our figs are not like 'dried' Turkish figs as we do not add any sugar. They are just lovely fresh figs sliced in half and dried. That's it! They also have a lovely coffee hint to their taste. ... While eating our amazing figs you would never know that you are getting a huge vitamin intake of both vitamin A and K.
