19.01.2022 Yesterday all students received a special visit from Ellen and Harold from the Life Ed Van, thanks to the generous sponsorship of the Gin Gin Community Bank, wh...o not only covered the cost of all McIlwraith Students, but all students in Gin Gin Cluster Schools. Year 1,2 and Prep participated in the ‘Growing Good Friends’ session while our senior students participated in the ‘Relate, Respect, Connect’ module. 11.01.2022 We were very happy to see the 'Light Up The Village' event hosted by Creative Regions be such a success when it was held on the 17th October. We were proud to be one of the sponsors of an event which had 508 people attend, 131 workshop participants, 9 community groups involved, 14 artists and 10 volunteers. Hope everyone enjoyed their night!

01.01.2022 Such a privilege to hand out these vouchers to the Graduating Year 6's every year. We feel it is an investment in the future of these young people in our community. We hope they use it as start in their savings journey for the future! The Board makes the decision each year to hand these out to all the graduating students in 11 different schools in the local areas of Gin Gin, Mt Perry, Biggenden and Childers.
