15.01.2022 Good Evening All, Firstly, i would like to thank everybody for their patients. We have a brand spanking new committee and have done our very best to keep things going throughout the year. We have some really exciting changes to come in the new year, and we look forward to growing more as a club. Secondly, as we approach the much anticipated awards / break up day at the pool this Sunday the 22nd; It is important to discuss and iron out the finer details to ensure the day runs ...smoothly. Therefore, we have a general meeting that will be held at the Highway Hotel this Thursday the 19th at 4.30pm, and we would love for you all to join us. Lastly, I hope that all of our athletes and parents enjoyed the past season with the Gin Gin Little Athletics Club, and i hope to see all of your faces again next season. See you all soon :)

14.01.2022 The weekend has finally come to a close, all the training through out the year has paid off. Thank you to everyone that help out over the 2 days. A big thank you to the Agnes Water Little Athletics Club for a great weekend. Photos to come.

13.01.2022 Congratulations to our under 7 and 8 you all done extremely well, hope you all enjoyed your first of many regionals.

12.01.2022 Thanks to all who came out to the sign on day this arvo- it was a great turn out. For those that missed it there is still plenty of time to sign up, come out to our first comp day Saturday 8th may 8.30am-11.30am Fees are $100 tiny tots, $150 for all others. Shirts for comp are $40 each available at the secretary’s office each Saturday. We will also be holding training each Tuesday and Thursday arvos from 4pm. 2021 is shaping up to be a great season with comps all ready lined up to challenge all our athletes. So come and have fun, get fit and make friends at Gin Gin Little Athletics!

LAQ is hosting two Introduction to Of...ficiating workshop to assist members with how to help out at Centre or Regional meets. Applying for a FairPlay voucher Parents, carers or guardians can apply for a voucher valued up to $150 for their child, which can be used towards sport and active recreation membership, registration or participation fees with registered activity providers. There is a limit of one voucher per child per calendar year. Key dates 6 July 2020: New round applications open. 7 October 2020: Applications close. 11 November 2020: Vouchers expire and must have been presented to an activity provider. 25 November 2020: Vouchers must be redeemed by activity providers.

Or do you need to upgrade your... line marker or equipment trolleys to make life easier for your volunteers? What about marquees, Tiny Tots equipment, storage containers, laptops, walkie talkies, speakers or first aid equipment? Applications are still open for the Coles Little Athletics Community Fund (Round 5). You have to be in it to win it, just like Bargara Little Athletics, who were successful in Round 3 and purchased a starting system, Tiny Tots equipment and training equipment. Don't miss out on your Centre's opportunity to apply for a grant of up to $5,000 for the 2020 / 2021 season. Applications close on Sunday 6th September at 11.59pm.
