20.01.2022 Yesterday I competed in my second powerlifting competition & managed to walk away with 2nd place in the ladies class . At 59kg BW I hit a 155kg deadlift (20kg Comp pb) & 50kg bench (7.5kg comp pb). . Overall I am really happy to be walking away with PB's and massive improvements from my novice comp 3 months ago.... . Thank you to @johnnyallen_recompcoach for all your guidance over the past year & and for pushing me through the last few weeks of prep even when I felt like giving up . After my last comp I told myself that I was going to hit at least a 150kg deadlift at my next one and I ended up hitting 155! It wasn't easy, I've had many setbacks along the way, but I am so glad that I didn't give up. .
