23.01.2022 Saturday morning coffee in the pergola, with a cheeky amaretti on the side of course. Some weeks, the weekend can’t come quick enough, and this has definitely been one of those weeks! My Wednesday r and r didn’t quite happen, so I’m giving it a go today... Wish me luck, PLEASE!

20.01.2022 Enjoying some much needed r and r this morning before a busy week ahead. Wednesday is my r and r day as I’m busy all weekend, busy at the beginning of the week, and busy at the end of the week. Okay, so I’m busy every day of the week but on Wednesday’s I force myself to rest!

15.01.2022 INTRODUCING... Gio It’s operation RENOVATE the caravan time. ... I am SO EXCITED for this next chapter. Acquiring this caravan has definitely helped pivot (think Ross-from-friends- pivot) Giovanni & Co into the direction I have dreamed of since I was a young girl! Bring on the next few (let’s be honest it’ll be 6 at least!) months of hard work, renovations, and the fun part- designing it all! I will be sharing all of the fun stuff, the sweaty stuff, the stupid stuff, and the yummy stuff of this awesome journey of getting Gio (and me, Abigail!) on the road!

05.01.2022 Loving the view this morning . . . the view of my coffee that is! There is nothing nicer than a caffe latte on a cold rainy day. I am NOT looking forward to all the giant weeds this torrential rain is going to bring into our giant backyard! I won’t complain, it could be worse! I have a few friends who’s properties are underwater. I am very thankful that we have not flooded or had any damage (apart from the impending weed growth!). ... . . . back to my coffee now.
