23.01.2022 Cant decide what to have for dinner? Why not give these delicious Eggplant Burgers a go! MAKES: 18 - 20 BURGERS COOKING TIME: 5 MINUTES... INGREDIENTS: 2 MEDIUM EGGPLANTS 1 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 3 EGGS (BEATEN) 2 CUPS BREADCRUMBS 1lb FRESH MOZZARELLA CHEESE (SLICED INTO ROUNDS) VEGTABLE OIL FOR FRYING 2 CUPS TOMATO SAUCE 2 DOZEN BROICHE SLIDER ROLLS DIRECTIONS: Slice the Eggplants lengthwise into 1/2 inch thick slices, then use a cookie cutter to cut out two rounds from each slice of eggplant. Coat the Eggplant rounds in batches with Flour, then the eggs, then the breadcrumbs. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and add enough oil to coat the bottom of the pan. Pan fry the breaded eggplant rounds in batches for 2-3 minutes, flipping them once until both sides are golden brown. Remove the eggplant rounds and immediately transfer them to a paper towel-lined plate. Continue the pan frying process, changing the oil as necessary, until all the breaded eggplant rounds are cooked. Half the brioche slider rolls and add 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce to the bottoms of the rolls. Stack an eggplant round atop the sauce, top it with another tablespoon of sauce and a piece of sliced Mozzarella. Repeat the assembly process with all remaining buns, turn your oven to high and transfer the buns to an oven tray lined with baking paper. Leave in oven just long enough for the cheese to melt. Immediately cap off the buns with the tops of the buns and serve.

Our IPM program (Integrated Pest Management) has been in action for many years now. The IPM program is implemented to almost eliminate pesticides used on the crop, resulting in an environmentally friendly product, safe for all consumers. ... Example: This photo shows a Wasp (Aphidius Colemani) that has been introduced into our Greenhouses. The purpose of the introduction is to control Aphids throughout the crop. The Aphidius injects an egg into the Aphid, the egg hatches and a new Aphidius emerges!
