24.01.2022 ***START UP DAY*** Excited to see this shed in action! Start up day last week went well with everything running smoothly! (Other than the stock standard teething issues with a project this size). Congrats to everyone involved on this great project! ***UPDATE 24.03.20*** We cant wait to fire up this new shed! The machines have been finished for a few weeks now and the customer has been lead feeding. A few finishes touches to be done, then as soon as we get the go ahead, we w...ill pull the trigger on the first milking on this awesome new set up. This is truly one of the best dairys we have ever had the pleasure of being in, let alone being a big part of the overall construction and installation of! Massive congratulations to all of my great team at GDP - Dale ***UPDATE 14.11.19*** Build is coming along nicely and we will be done installing the platform by the end of the week and straight into the machine fit out! ***NEW 60 Bail GEA Rotary installation*** Hi everyone, we are starting another new rotary build at the moment and here are a few pics of the site at this stage and we will be sure to keep you up to date as this project progresses. This shed will be the same as the 80 bail we have recently completed (one with the lot) and consists of the following. Commissioning the plant at the moment, finish swinging the backing gates and no doubt a hell of a lot of cleaning up on site. The cows are only days away from their first lap on this awesome set up.

17.01.2022 Hi all, take a look at this 40-bail rotary rebuild recently completed by the guys. This was a very satisfying project, and we are extremely proud of the finished job. Well done to all the team on another awesome job and all performed between milking to make it a bit of a challenge! Here is a bit of a list of the gear that went into the job: -Design and construct all new bails. -Remove all old bails and install new system between milking -New individual stainless feed bins -De...max 55 cup removers with remote start buttons -New pulsators and pulsator air lines -New filtered air lines -Auto plant wash system -Retention arms -Cluster drop -Auto teat spray system -Auto feeding -Auto drafting -Drop down vet platform -Yard extension So at the end of it we have a ripping 40-bail rotary with all the fruit and we thank the owners for putting their faith in us and for the opportunity to provide them with this great new set up.

12.01.2022 Hi all, here are a few early pics of our next project. This build will be another 60 bail GEA rotary platform and milking machines. One of the neat parts about this rotary is the tunnel running from cups on to cups off and through to the inside of the rotary. I am sure all our team will appreciate the easy access to the middle; making the fit out of the machine a bit easier. Here is a bit of a run down of what we are installing on this one:... -GEA iFLOW Rotary platform with double I beam system -Variable speed drive system -Fall to inside deck -Internal milking machines -300cc clusters with vented silicone liners -Twin 150mm milk filter -Double bank plate cooler -GEA Blower vacuum pump -Auto Wash system -Cow Retention straps -Cluster drop -iCORE milking system with stainless rams & easy start -iPUD leg spreaders with post spray and heads down display This dairy will also have a round yard with two fully stainless steel backing gate systems; the same as all our recent builds. Thanks to all especially our team for another awesome installation job. This build has come up as planned and will make life a whole lot easier for the owners.

Our guys have been working very hard on a new project. An 80 Bail Rotary Installation! We are now underway with the first of our new rotary dairy builds for the year, here are some pictures of the 80 bail GEA rotary with full automation. Project includes: -80 bail GEA platform with 3 x VSD drive units -Stainless rim plates -Stainless bail inserts -Stainless bum & kick rails -Stainless feed bins -Stainless lamp posts. -Milk metering with full dairy automation -iPUD teat spraying at each milking point -Cluster Drop -Auto feeding -Automatic drafting Plenty to do yet! 07.01.2022 ***update*** After quite an eventful evening it would seem our Einsteins returned and were caught!!! Truly appreciate all your shares and messages there are so...me wonderful people out there looking out for the honest hardworking members of our community. Anyone know these scumbags? They tried to break into our mates factory in Rowville on Thurs night 23rd Jan and came back Fri 24th. Police have been notified were hoping someone might recognise them. The factory is located behind RAFT church backing onto kellets rd. Please share pretty sure theyll try again.

05.01.2022 ***Update 16th July 2020*** Take a look at the finished product, we are super proud of this build and would like to thank our clients who have been wonderful to work for throughout the project. We have had the first milking now and all has gone to plan, well done to the team at GDP on another first class job. This is a very neat 15 double up rapid exit with DT 70 milk metering full ID system, auto teat spray and auto drafting, duel exit race and duel backing gates to provide ...an endless yard to suit multiple herds. New shed and site ready to go! We are not far off starting another new build! Just waiting on the ok from the farmer as soon as the old herringbone has been removed.
