11.01.2022 It’s with sadness, we are here once again. With the stage 4 (metro) and stage 3 (regional) restrictions in place, we’ve had to make the difficult decision to close for the next 6 weeks. As per the current restrictions, we are no longer permitted to service domestic residents in any metropolitan area. While currently we are still technically permitted to continue servicing our domestic clients in our regional areas, and while we love what we do, our highest priority is our c...lients, our staff and our communities safety. With a variety of clients and staff, alongside their families, all with different movements throughout the next six weeks, ranging from essential workers, front line staff and caregivers, it becomes near impossible for us to track potential risks as we come and go between your homes and families. We feel it’s our responsibility when entering your homes to ensure we pose no risk to you or your family, and you pose no risk to our staff and theirs, and believe the safest course of action for our clients and staff is to suspend services over the next six weeks. We hope by doing our small part alongside our community, together we can all see positive results over the next six weeks. For a scrub free approach, run a sink of hot water and add half a cup of white vinegar, place your plugs in and soak for 20 minutes. Remove the plugs, rinse under cold water, and the job is done, scrub free and chemical free.
