24.01.2022 We’re so blown away by the generosity of Gippslanders helping those in need. Those we help are so grateful for their community’s support as well. We thought we’d share one of the thank you messages we received recently from a Sarsfield family. We would like to thank GERF for the wonderful assistance given to us following the impact of severe drought and bushfire on our Sarsfield farm. The generosity of donors and organisations such as yours has been instrumental in helping ...us through a period of extreme difficulty. We will always remember the kindness of others.

06.01.2022 Gippsland Emergency Relief Fund will donate $1.4 million of the $10.4 million raised through the 2020 bushfire appeal to farmers impacted by the East Gippsland fires. GERF has partnered with the Victorian Farmers Federation, who will be accepting grant applications from farmers whose fencing was destroyed in the fires or who are in desperate need of fodder for livestock.
