21.01.2022 A morning of routine farm visits earlier in the week ended on a rather exciting note - being greeted by not one, but TWO gorgeous fluffy babies born earlier that day!! Congratulations! What a lovely time we had surrounded by these beauties!

17.01.2022 What’s not to love about breeding season when the results are as cute as this!! This little beauty was conceived via Artificial Insemination at Gippsland Equine Hospital, the resulting embryo was then transferred into one of our lovely recipient mares known as Bee - who has done a wonderful job bringing a healthy little foal into the world! Embryo Transfer has allowed his biological mum to continue her training and competitive career uninterrupted while getting some wonder...ful progeny on the ground. Congratulations!

02.01.2022 Meet Tru! This lovely boy was referred to us from his local vet to have surgery and one of his eyes removed. Despite an absolutely mammoth effort from his vets, owners and even a specialist visit, his eye was unable to be saved. Having lost most, if not all, of the vision in the eye prior to it being removed, he was already somewhat adjusted to the upcoming learning curve of being a one eyed bandit! Tru’s procedure went incredibly well and after spending the night in our hos...pital and passing his post op check with flying colours he was off and on his way home. Albeit with a rather attractive bandage on his face. Even though his family had been very vigilant in making sure he was well protected from the sun, these lovely coloured horses are incredibly prone to problems with their pale skin from UV damage. A timely reminder to make sure we care just as much for our horses sun safety as our own! Tru’s owner reports he is back livelier than ever with the troublesome eye gone! Well done Tru See more
