22.01.2022 Another great event in Lakes Entrance yesterday. The Seafood and Food Trucks Festival was a huge success. Well done Hooked On Lakes and Lakes Entrance Events and a very big thank you to the many thousands of visitors into Lakes Entrance over this long weekend.

22.01.2022 To all our valued customers, we would like to let you know that Gippsland Gourmet Sausages has ceased business. We have sold our food van and have decided it was time for us to call it a day and will no longer be selling Hot Food at markets and events. Thank you for your custom over the past 12 years of business. Stay safe everyone and although you will not find us selling hot food, keep your eyes open as we are still around selling at local markets. Maria and Jeff

18.01.2022 We are soooo looking forward to this Winter event, right here in Lakes Entrance. Fantastic event last year. Its going to be bigger and better this year.

15.01.2022 Get along to the Orbost Ag Show on 9th March. Its free entry and so many things to enjoy. Special guest presenter Gourmet Farmer Matthew Evans will talk about Sustainability. Gippsland Gourmet Sausages will be there selling hot food. We will have our range of handmade gourmet sausages, cheese kransky, salads and a selection of homemade sauces and relishes to go with it.

12.01.2022 Another busy week making sausages to restock our supply for upcoming festivals. We cut, minced and made nearly 80kgs of sausages over the past 2 days. We are time poor right now so not a large quantity this time for us, just enough to get us through and no exciting new flavours. We made our usual stock standards, Beef Bacon Onion & Tomato, Beef Herb & Garlic, Farmhouse Beef and the ever popular Cheese Kransky.

12.01.2022 Seafood Festival in Mallacoota postponed till Sept due to the virus situation. We will see you all in Sept.

10.01.2022 It's been 7 months since our last event and posting on facebook. We just wanted to say we are still here and like many others, Covid has put a halt to our business and it looks like it may be many more months before festivals and events will be held. Stay safe everyone and we hope to see you all in a few more months.

02.01.2022 Another busy weekend for us. Tomorrow we will at a private catering job Sunday we will be at the Lakes Entrance Seafood and Food Truck Festival. 10am till 9pm Come and see what we have to offer.

01.01.2022 Our second day here and it's another beautiful day at Paynesville Boat Rally. We are ready and cooking breakfast and lunch. Come and enjoy the views, watch the boats and of course enjoy some great food.
