22.01.2022 Every boss is different, every company is unique and every team requires a different approach to management. However, there are some foundational guidelines that will help you to provide real leadership in tough times.

22.01.2022 Start of a New Year. Time to reflect (later than usual. Thanks Covid-19) on the ups & downs of last year. While it has had horrible consequences Covid-19 has made us look at how we operate & take stock of our business & life. We have looked at the good & the bad of our relationship with our Clients. It is clear that we have 3 types of Client. Those who grow our business, those who could grow our business & those who hurt our business. Keeping the last group of Clients is not... only bad for our business, it is a disservice to them. Poor communication is often the problem & those Clients will be better off with someone else. Letting them go will help them as well as free up time for existing Clients & the opportunity to find new Clients who better fit you business. Our New Year Resolutions are: 1. Stick to the Mission 2. Clean out the Client List 3. Watch the Scope Creep If you are in business have a quick look back before you move forward. Take time to plan so you have a safe & prosperous New (Financial) Year. #businessplanning, #worklifebalance. See more
