22.01.2022 Hi Garlic chefs, Just delivered stock to IGA traf. The season is getting along for Aust. garlic growers. You should notice the odd shoot. This just means the garlic is alive and healthy. Shooting garlic is just as strong and flavorsome. I personally love the bits of green in my dish. The sizes of the bulbs are getting a little uneven so we made bunches of seven. enjoy and thanks for your support. and i personal love the green bits in my dishes.
