Both have now ceased trading for the time being till the restrictions are lifted l’ve been a personal trainer for 12 years and beauty therapist for 24 years . Fitness and Beauty are both my passions . l have ran over 10 Half marathons and 1 Full marathon l love to run and walk on the beach . l write all my programs and deliver them to you every day . Every program is tried and tested by myself before posting online You can train outdoors with one friend ( social distancing of course ) or in the comfort of your house. For the past 3 weeks l have been training my Girlfit clients online . Clients are loving the varied workouts and the accountability. We will be back on the beach someday Not until now had we realised just how much exercise keeps us sane Training was part of our identity. The outdoors was our sanctuary. We had a set routine, a healthy body, and a happy home. And then life changed, we entered isolation, we lost our freedom, started home schooling our kids, our work changed, losing control on all fronts. Until the day we took action. We found our new normal and it all started with exercise. We CAN control our workouts. We CAN work from home. We CAN be a role model for our children. And we CAN stay on track with a healthy lifestyle. In times of uncertainty, we have the power to take back control of those small things we CAN control. l want to help you control your health and fitness. My online workouts vary from 45 min to 60 minutes with a range of different options. Here's some hot tips to look after yourself.: Live Healthy, Eat Clean, Sleep, More, Exercise Consistently, and avoid toxins and alcohol. Manage stress and go for regular medical check-ups. Keep your Social Life active to build your sense of belonging. Consider joining a support group or fitness community to make new friends. Girlfit has a big community of local women putting themselves first - come experience it for yourself. Try to do something you enjoy every day. Something that puts a smile on your dial! That might mean doing a workout, dancing, watching a favourite TV show, working in the garden, painting or reading.
