04.01.2022 I have tonsillitis which I am no stranger to. So am very thankful for my Arbonne Meal Replacement shakes right now - normally when sick like this, I would either eat nothing at all, or make terrible food choices because I had no energy to prepare anything (icecream for lunch?) But with my shakes, not only do I have something cold and yummy on my poor throat, but also a nutritious meal made in minutes. It gives me plenty of vitamins and minerals, along with 20g of vegan ...protein - so at least the energy I do have is good energy Also being dairy, gluten and soy free, its gentle on my tummy too - while the antibiotics do their thing.
