25.01.2022 Around this time 12 months ago all the participants of Day #185 were just arriving into Wagga Wagga NSW. After a wonderful day riding over some 560kms together. The baton was handed over to the Australian Ambassador Christi. So much has happened since this wonderful event arrived. So blessed to have been part of a once in a life time event and to have shared it with an amazing group of women. Its also been wonderful to reflect on that this relay for many of us are still locked down here in Victoria due to the pandemic. #wrwr #wrwr2019 #womenridersworldrelay #womenriders #ihatecovid19 #staystrong #staysafe

Both Neale and his wife Viv ran the Heavy Duty magazine where we have advertised with. Our sincere condolences goes out to Viv and their children at this time and may he ride with the angels .... 20.01.2022 This time last year I was celebrating Fathers Day with my Dad.Reflecting on the #wrwr which I was lucky enough to share such a moment with him. The day I rode day #185 Dad was travelling behind all us girls driving the support vehicle and trailer... for just in case. But today Melbourne is cold and rainy day and we are isolating from a Covid-19 All I know is we would normally now be chatting with friends after riding this morning and having lunch. Just remember that IFRD has been postponed until 22nd August 2020. So in the mean time we can still participate by tagging our photos and joining in. #IFRDtribute

Us Melbourians are stuck in COVID lockdown and can only go 5kms from home just for groceries. 07.01.2022 Attention fellow riders: Ive received word from Motorcycling Victoria. Its with regards to the MV international womens day - Come & Try day. Weve been notified by the Broadford State Motorcycle Sports Complex that the Road Race circuit will not be ready for use, and unfortunately this means that part of the event will not go ahead. 02.01.2022 Just received word that we have just lost a beautiful soul Shelly Edwards who passed away overnight after battling a long illness. Some of you may or may not be aware that Shelley was the founder of the Devil's Daughters riding group. She was a keen rider and an advocate for survivors of breast cancer who raised money for prosthetic breasts. Wishing her family and friends our love and this special lady will sadly be missed.... RIP Shelley may you ride with the angels xx
