25.01.2022 Back when Osher was still Andrew G you didn’t find to many female musicians, especially all female bands, on major music festival line-ups as Kira and Andy from Nitocris point out. Do you think it is still difficult for women to meet other female musicians today or have times changed in the past 20years?

15.01.2022 We can not wait to see and hear what the students write during the Girls Rock! week long course in July. Students will form a band, learn an instrument, write a song or 2, learn all about the music biz, recording, lighting, screen printing etc and they will perform LIVE at the end of the week at a concert
13.01.2022 What a line-up at the @servofoodtruckbar this Wednesday night. Hooky as hell 2 piece @anhorse along with Melbourne’s @moody_beaches who I have been dying to see now for a couple of year. And @aeroplanekelly from @camp_cope opening the night. Seriously looking forward to this one.

07.01.2022 ON THE CREW Jacqui Machine from @babymachinerock Jacqui is Girls Rock! Wollongong lead organizer. She has been part of the Girls Rock! Canberra, Sydney and Brisbane courses and it was her idea to bring the fun to Wollongong. Jacqui has been playing guitar and screaming in BabyMachine for 20yrs. She also played bass in Bracode and drums for Elastic Waste Band. Jacqui’s biggest talent though is making stuff happen! @chris_frape_photo
