18.01.2022 regretfully advising GNI is not happening this year A few reasons why I’ve made the decision Sadly I can’t see our gathering of roughly 85 gorgeous women being allowed in my little backyard. Even if allowed with masks, and karaoke would be hindered! Let’s face it... I don’t think we’d be any good at social distancing either ... Seriously though, many of you gorgeous girls have fought for life once and I don’t plan on compromising how far you’ve come My Nan loves coming for an hour or two but in the past year has beat Lymphoma herself. The year before that she beat Melanoma. Not bad for a 94 year old. I’d do anything to protect her and I cannot begin to tell you how angry the selfish defiant COVIDIOTS out there make me It is not their right to kill elderly or vulnerable people and I hope commonsense prevails for all our sakes I was also already mindful that many of our generous local businesses that support the event are really struggling, so hitting them up for vouchers or products wasn’t sitting well with me.
